Wayne Robertson, JD, President
Wayne brings his leadership in business process design and technology
development to the elabra team. His experience in performance support and
knowledge management systems have been employed in building elabra's
Debt Issuance Management Systems.
Previously, with Robertson
Associates, he developed the technology for the California State Automobile
Association's Online Guide which won the Windows World Open Award, presented
by Bill Gates. Earlier projects have included work for the State of
California and Fortune 500 companies.
Wayne has a background in the performing arts, is admitted to the New York Bar and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. |

Tim Kelly, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Tim has been working with municipal bond attorneys, bankers, financial
advisors and issuers for 15 years, formerly at Pacific Financial Printing.
He is a forward thinking innovator at elabra, on a quest to deliver the best
possible service to the Municipal Bond Industry with a committed team of
experienced professionals using the best tools available, and with a spirit
of pride in our customer's success. He is a member of the Association for
Corporate Growth and the San Francisco Municipal Forum.
Tim lives in San Francisco with his wife, their 16 year old son, and 13 year old daughter. In addition to skiing, golfing, playing pictionary, and kayaking, he enjoys reading the MSRB regulations pertaining to the 7 day rule for Official Statements. |

Gary Montalvo, V.P. of Operations
Gary brings a high level of technical expertise in the application of digital technology to the financial printing process. As Customer Service Manager, he understands that effective and accurate communications are crucial in any print or online project and strives to provide our clients with the highest degree of excellence in service. Before joining elabra, Gary was Print Production Manager at Rosenthal & Company LLC in charge of all print projects. Prior to that, he was Editor of technical publications at General Electric Nuclear Energy. He also has experience working with traditional publishing technologies, from several years at CMP Media LLC and Miller Freeman, Inc.
Gary is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a background in Economics. He lives in Mill Valley with his 5 year-old son. |
